PUZZLING IS GOOD FOR YOU!

There have been several studies** on the benefits of puzzles and brain health.  Putting together a puzzle reduces the chances of developing memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease in seniors and helps children develop their hand/eye coordination, cognitive skills, memory, spatial awareness, problem solving.  Puzzling also helps with self esteem by completing a task and is a great way to spend quality time together.
